I don't know where you can get these at, but I did see them rated on Good Morning America a month or so age-They rated poor.
Try installing a tension rod(wal-mart, K-mart) with sheers on them over the outside of the door.
The tension rod makes it easy to put up and take down so you don't have to leave it up all the time.
