We understand that you don’t want to spend the day waiting at home for a service technician to arrive. We will endeavor to fit you into the schedule at a time reasonable for you. On the day of your scheduled overhead door service you will receive a dispatch call in the morning with your service time window (approx 1-2 hours). If needed, your technician may also call you when he is on the way in order to minimize your downtime. We are available 24 hours a day-7 days a week.
