Bump up the bar strength and wifi strength and you would really have a five star product. On wifi every device I have that is mobile can see full wifi strength in the garage. Love the connectability and ability to use my smart phone to control the doors. The motion sensing light switches mean I can walk in the garage without having to worry about turning a light on. The PROBLEM: apparently they changed openers so Homelink (the opener built into cars) in late 2013 so you need to either use the remotes that come with the opener or you need to get the bridge to use the built in car remote. They could at least put that in the manual so you don't spend an hour trying to set it up and then a 10 minute phone call to find out you need an additional item. March 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Medic165 Very impressed with this door opener I am very impressed by this door opener. I put this opener on my workshop. And I'm a self proclaimed techno-nerd. I like connected devices and to be able to control them in different ways. So that being said it is like this door opener was made for me!!! The MyQ interface on my iPhone 6 works flawlessly. I don't have the best wifi signal in the workshop and the opener works just fine. The iPhone app is very easy to navigate and use. I would like to point out something. Do not get ahead of yourself when connecting the opener to the internet and programming the MyQ interface on your phone. I jumped ahead and tried to register my username/PW and enter the MyQ device. It kept saying device not found..blah blah. Well it really helps when you follow directions. As matter of face it works pretty darn well! lol I love the programmable rules the MyQ app. I have mine set to alert me when the door is opened or closed and to remind me if I forgot to close it. As far as how the opener works, I can say for sure it is quiet. There is a winding motor sound that can be heard. But it honestly could be drown out by a low volume radio or normal conversation. The actual noise from the door going up is louder than the motor. I love every feature of this door opener. My only complaint is the exposed belt. I would prefer there be a belt guard that tucks the belt away from sight. April 8, 2016

Super quiet and powerful. The MyQ feature is great as it keeps us connected through our mobile devices. The TTC feature also provides added security should one forget to close the door. Te wireless has not been able to be used yet because my router is located at the opposite end of the home n the basement. In the near future a Wireless Extender will new installed in the garage which will enable the use of the wireless capability. March 25, 2016

It sounds like the battery system is not working. How old is the battery, they do eventually, just quit working, and require battery replacement. Extract and test the battery. try an external (different) charger.
