I bought for my house, my wife and I discovered that the lock on our sliding door can be opened just by moving the door back and forth to trip the spring. We went out and got this product and tested it over and over and never had one issue. Matter of fact, sometimes when I come home from work to take my dog out, I forget that it was even there because it blends in perfectly. I have recommended this to friends. April 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by GiGi Adjustable bar does not lock in position This bar is adjustable, but what good is it if the lever that supposedly locks it at the desired length doesn't work? The door opens right up. Too bad I didn't find out until I installed the whole thing. Now I have to take it down and return it. Why make and sell something totally ineffective? Absolute junk. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Anthony SECURITY BAR This would have got a 5 Star Rating except for the Lever Activator - it needs to click into position & stay there but unfortunately it doesn't lock tight! This is crucial as it determines the size you are customising the security bar. I am going to try some sort of clip to fix this - but you shouldn't need to do this!! January 6, 2015

The cost of the new glass and the install. Call a glass com pany with the measurements. They can tell you over the phone.
Slow to fix rollers probably wore a rut in the metal. Also not keeping the pain in the neck thing clean. Stop gap is some vinyl strips cut to fit end to end. Siding used on homes will do if you are handy. You should have enough adjustment in the doors to accommodate the thiclness. Also adjust for gapping and plumb. Anything not too thick but enough to fill snug but not binding will do. Ony stop gap. Newer doors hang and roll from top. May want to consider upgrade.
