Rustic Barn Door Hardware

The Rustic Alder barn door features naturally occurring knots and organic features unique to each door. Sliding hardware and barn doors are excellent for pantries, laundry rooms, master bathrooms, walk-in closets, offices, high-traffic areas, window shutters, and any interior space where every square foot matters!

Built with Real Carriage quality, each kit comes with pre-cut and slotted planks that can be assembled, finished and installed in a weekend. Each door is assembled with antiqued flat head screws, just like the ones you might find in your grandfather’s barn. Choose from several different configurations, including traditional Z-brace, X-brace, and British-brace designs. Milk Paint is available in colors from black and cream to clear and barn red.

FINISH OPTIONS

You can paint the door using our milk paint (or choose Shop Applied Finish above to have us finish your door). Available in a range of colors, from traditional to ecclectic. VOC-free, this paint is mixed with water for a fast drying finish. For a clear finish, use our easy-to-apply Barn Beeswax.

Shop Applied Finish:

Our shop will apply several coats of the finish of your choice on all sides of the planks, and apply a beeswax top coat. Order finish samples here. When the kit arrives, you will need to assemble the pieces. NOTE: Shop-applied finish may not match that shown in product photos exactly. Each door is unique so some slight variation may occur.

Shop Pre-Assemble:

Working on a deadline? Our shop will assemble the door for you and ship it to you as a single unit. For a completed look, choose "Shop-Applied Finish" and a color.
