    • I have had 3 different doors the lockset fail on Andersen Frenchwood doors.  My house is only 6 years old!  Andersen will send replacement hardware until they are 10 years old, which is not easy to replace.  I would have expected these doors to last longer.  Has anyone else had this problem.  I have contacted customer service and in their reply they honestly said the door may have been used too much!  Keep in mind this is a residential application and there are only 2 people in the house.
