Prettier than expected
We bought this door for our new construction home. It was exactly what I was looking for. It's so pretty in person. The door is a deep mahogany and glass on window panels is beveled. I am seriously in love with the door. I am not sure about installation, as our contractor had it installed. He did not say there were any issues, other than that it is heavy because it is a solid wood door.

Door was shipped from manufacturer to local Home Depot store. The shipping packaging was excellent! The installation instructions were very clear and concise. The door looks great!

A work of art
Fit and finish is awesome, we get nothing but compliments on our new beautiful door. I was worried about the darkness on our natural wood board and batten home. But it looks amazing !

Very happy!
After much research, I chose this door for the front of our home. I believe it to be the best value available on the market. I am thrilled with it! The door is absolutely gorgeous. It was carefully crated and arrived in perfect shape. The mahogany is tight grained and lovely. The finish is flawless. The color of mine is slightly redder than the photo, but shade variation is expected with real wood. The hinges are very high quality and the door seals very well. I love the beveled glass and ... read more matching brickmold - they were definitely worth a few extra bucks! The door is nice and heavy, so you will need a hand lifting it into place. Other than that, installation was a breeze. I had it installed myself in about an hour. This door is comparable in look and quality with doors costing thousands of dollars. It is a great bargain and it transformed our home!

Great looking door, better than I expected
If you're looking for a true wood front door, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better value than this one. Do know that the mahogany is a veneer. It has no impact on the appearance, however, and the wood is beautiful. I was contemplating buying an unfinished door and attempting the stain and finishing myself, but am glad that I went this route. Ease of installation - well that is going to vary case-by-case. The HD installer quoted a little over $400 for my install. I went with another ... read more local guy for $300. The door feels solid. The glass has a bevel on the edges, which I did not pick up in the online pictures. This door has given our little ranch home a touch of class, and is a massive step up from the old garbage that was on there. I hope that it holds up for many years. Our little porch is covered and has a southern exposure, so I believe that it should, but we shall see. I've included a picture. I'm going to trim out the door a bit more on the outside (I have a bit of a peculiar issue with the depth of my exterior wall, which created some difficulty on ease of install and price of install). But hopefully it will give a little better idea of what it looks like hung and in place. As you can see, we've still got some work to do on our front entry, but it's getting there!

Absolutely Beautiful
I had Home Depot install the door and the installer was top notch. The door is absolutely beautiful. It looks much better than the online photo. It is a beautiful dark mahogany not light as in the online photo. My neighbors have complimented the door. They too say it is beautiful. I absolutely love it. I highly recommend it.

Instant Upgrade
Truly? Just about the best upgrade I've ever made - which includes cathedral ceilings, marble bath, brand new kitchen, bumping out bedroom, paver patio. An absolutely stunning addition.

Great Entry Door
The door came packed and protected for shipment to the house. It was installed in record time and clean up was easy. The store associate project managed the install and all the parts to complete the project with no extra trips to Homedepot.

GORGEOUS . . . oh so happy with it!!
This door is absolutely beautiful. I was a bit worried about the picture and description of the glass in the windows. In the picture, they appeared "silver", and described as "caming". In fact, they are clear glass, with a beveled edge. Have even gotten compliments and inquiries as to where we got it.

i was impressed by the overall door quality, the special pallet It was banded to, the high quality' millwork and the innovative pre installed masking for the glass window portion. Additionally it was simple to do the entire transaction on line

This door was installed this week. I did use Home Depot's installation service, which I highly recommended if you're not a veteran do it yourselfer. They were pleasant, professional and thorough. I thought the door was attractive on line, but in person it is gorgeous! Now my neighbors and friends all want to upgrade their doors.

Star 3/4 Lite Prefinished Entry Door
Not what I originally ordered but the door company substituted to me. I like it, but I loved the first one more. I am sorry that there was a crack in the glass. It was not the fault of Home Depot.
